Limited camping spots make these Islands the ideal year round getaway for visitors.

Whidbey Island located off of the coast of Washington State was named after Joseph Whidbey, who was a master of H.M.S Discovery under the tutelage of Captain Vancouver. Joseph Whidbey was in fact the one who discovered that Whidbey was an Island and not part of the main land, which earned him the honor of having the Island named after him. Whidbey Island is a beautiful and serene Island that offers year round vacation opportunities. One of the favorite past times on Whidbey Island for guests is to enjoy the many options for camping.
